OUR STORY

Prime Kitchen was founded in 2018 by Executive Chef Dylan Benoit with a vision to bring world-class dining experiences to the Cayman Islands. As a full-service private chef and catering company, we specialize in crafting customized menus and unforgettable events. With decades of global culinary expertise, our team is dedicated to fulfilling every client’s desires.

Boasting nearly two decades of culinary expertise, Dylan has called the Cayman Islands home since 2010. His global travels to over 40 countries have cultivated a deep understanding of diverse cuisines, fueling his relentless pursuit of culinary excellence.

Beyond Prime Kitchen, Dylan is the proprietor of Carnivore Premium Meats, Cayman’s premier butcher shop, and Lucky Rabbit, a modern Izakaya bar and restaurant.

A celebrated figure in the culinary world, Dylan is the host of the television show Fire Masters, captivating audiences on Cooking Channel (US), Food Network Canada, and globally.

Anuj Arora

Anuj Arora is a private chef whose cooking is rooted in the bold flavors of India while embracing contemporary techniques and globally inspired cuisine. With over five years of professional experience, he has built a reputation for refined, guest-focused dining experiences that balance creativity, precision, and warm hospitality.

After earning his degree in Hotel and Hospitality Administration from the Delhi Institute of Hotel Management, Anuj trained with the prestigious Taj Group of Hotels before joining Rooh New Delhi — a progressive restaurant known for its modern approach to regional Indian cuisine. There he progressed from intern to the restaurant's R&D team, refining his skills in modern gastronomy, fermentation, sous vide techniques, and menu development.

Now based in the Cayman Islands, Anuj specializes in bespoke private dining, luxury villa experiences, and yacht catering. His style is bold and highly adaptable — spanning handmade pasta and modern Italian cuisine to vibrant regional Indian dishes. He creates fully customized menus tailored to each guest's tastes, dietary preferences, and occasion.

Looking ahead, Anuj will further deepen his craft through an upcoming internship at Per Se under acclaimed chef Thomas Keller — cementing his commitment to excellence in modern fine dining.

Reed Parker

Reed Parker is a seasoned hospitality professional with more than 23 years of experience in luxury service, fine spirits, and elevated guest experiences. Known for his charismatic presence, deep beverage knowledge, and intuitive approach to hospitality, Reed brings a refined yet approachable energy to every private dining event and luxury gathering he oversees.

Reed holds WSET Level 3 certifications in both Wine and Spirits, along with advanced training through The Macallan Whisky Academy and the International Academy of Tequila's Conocedor program. His expertise spans craft cocktails, whisky, tequila, cognac, wine service, and luxury guest relations.

Throughout his career, Reed has worked with globally recognized brands and venues including The Macallan, Eden Rock – St Barths, Amanyara, and COMO Parrot Cay. He has hosted exclusive tastings and private events at internationally recognized gatherings including the Hero World Challenge in Nassau.

As a maître d' and guest relations expert, Reed believes hospitality is ultimately about creating lasting memories. Whether pairing spirits alongside a tasting menu, curating a bespoke cocktail program, or orchestrating an intimate dinner, his focus remains the same: delivering thoughtful hospitality that guests remember long after the evening ends.
