Prime Kitchen was founded in 2018 by Executive Chef Dylan Benoit with a vision to bring world-class dining experiences to the Cayman Islands. As a full-service private chef and catering company, we specialize in crafting customized menus and unforgettable events. With decades of global culinary expertise, our team is dedicated to fulfilling every client's desires.

Chef Dylan Benoit

Chef Owner Dylan Benoit boasts nearly two decades of culinary expertise and has called the Cayman Islands home since 2010. His global travels to over 40 countries have cultivated a deep understanding of diverse cuisines, fueling his relentless pursuit of culinary excellence.

Beyond his role at Prime Kitchen, Dylan is the proprietor of Carnivore Premium Meats, Cayman’s premier butcher shop, providing the finest cuts for our discerning clientele. His culinary ventures also extend to Lucky Rabbit, a modern Izakaya bar and restaurant showcasing the best of Japanese cuisine.

A celebrated figure in the culinary world, Dylan is the host of the television show Fire Masters, captivating audiences on Cooking Channel (US), Food Network Canada, Blaze TV (UK), and Cosmopolitan Network (Spain).

Chef Mariangel (Maria) Quiroz

Chef Mariangel (María) Quiroz

Born and raised in San Cristobal, Venezuela, Maria's culinary journey began at the tender age of 14 when she earned an associate's degree in international cuisine. A passion ignited by her mother, Maria's pursuit of culinary excellence led her to the Art Institute of Tampa at 16. Her career took flight with a transformative internship at Bern's Steakhouse, a U.S. culinary institution renowned for its steakhouse mastery. Maria's subsequent role at Bern's, handling 850 covers nightly across seafood and grill stations, honed her skills in diverse cuisines.

With over five years of international culinary experience, Maria's passion for vegan cuisine has emerged. The challenge of creating balanced, fulfilling plant-based dishes excites her. Now seeking to share her talents as a private chef in the Cayman Islands, Maria is eager to leverage the island’s culinary potential to craft exceptional dining experiences. The Caribbean's culinary capital offers the perfect stage for her to realize her dream of becoming a world-class chef.
